Hi, I’m Kamal Joshi, founder of SkillFort Academy.
I bring 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing,
migrating, and supporting enterprise-grade network and security infrastructures
for multiple clients across diverse environments.
My expertise spans firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, SD-WAN, site migrations,
and network architecture, along with cloud integrations and
DC/DR implementations. I have extensive experience working on
Palo Alto, FortiGate, Meraki, Cisco ASA, Sophos, and Juniper platforms,
including centralized management, policy optimization, and large-scale migrations.
I’ve led and executed network and security migrations,
greenfield and brownfield implementations, and provided
L3/L4 support for high-severity production incidents, ensuring
minimal downtime and business continuity. Alongside delivery, I am deeply
passionate about training, mentoring, and preparing professionals
for real-world roles and interviews—bridging the gap between theory and
production-level expertise.
